Mr. St. Amour is president of Marathon Pipe Line LLC (MPL).
He has more than 24 years of experience at Marathon Petroleum Corporation (MPC) and MPL. He has held various positions of increasing responsibility at MPC, including engineering supervisor and engineering manager for Marketing and Transportation Engineering, and mechanical & vapor control manager, area manager and engineering manager for Terminal, Transport & Marine. Mr. St. Amour has held leadership roles for MPL, including operations & logistics manager, Ohio Valley Region manager, and engineering and maintenance manager, and vice president of logistics and engineering. He was named to his current position in 2022.
Mr. St. Amour holds a Bachelor of Science degree in civil engineering from Michigan Technological University. He is a member of the American Petroleum Institute (API), Liquid Energy Pipeline Association (LEPA), API-LEPA Pipeline Safety Excellence Steering Committee and the API-LEPA Performance Excellence Team.

Mr. Amburgey is vice president of operations for Marathon Pipe Line LLC (MPL).
Mr. Amburgey joined Marathon Petroleum Company in 1992 as a contracted engineer in Findlay, Ohio, and was hired to a full-time position in 1995. In 1996, he was named engineering and construction manager for Speedway and worked in various leadership positions with Speedway. In 2005, Mr. Amburgey was promoted to engineering manager at the Canton refinery and then the Robinson refinery. In 2013, he joined MPL as the region manager pipeline operations. In 2019, he was named director of logistics and storage support services for Marathon Petroleum Company. In 2022, he was named vice president, logistics & engineering. He assumed his current position in 2024.
Mr. Amburgey graduated from Ohio Northern University with a Bachelor of Science degree in mechanical engineering in 1992.
Mr. Amburgey serves on the board of directors of 50 North and the Boy Scout Explorers – Black Swamp Area Council. He is also an instrument rated commercial pilot who has piloted flights for Angel Flight charity missions.
