Marathon Pipe Line LLC (MPL) is committed to high standards of business conduct, with a business ethics and integrity framework that promotes accountability and provides transparency to employees, business partners, neighbors and other interested stakeholders. All full-time employees are asked to read and acknowledge the Code of Business Conduct each year. In addition, the Code of Business Conduct is implemented through training, communication and the administration of an Integrity Helpline, which provides an anonymous means of reporting suspected violations of the Code.
MPL also adheres to an ethic of transparency, providing a significant amount of information to the public through its website, www.marathonpipeline.com.
The Code of Business Conduct lays the foundation for good business decisions, however, a single document cannot list and explain every question or business practice. The words trust, respect, dignity and honesty are found throughout the Code, and those values form the foundation for good decision making.
The Integrity Helpline is a resource for reporting suspected unethical or illegal activity and also serves as a platform for advice regarding ethics and behavior in the workplace.
The Integrity Helpline is available 24 hours a day, 365 days per year. You may remain anonymous. MPL will not allow retaliation against any individual. Filing a good faith report will never be a cause of disciplinary action.
There are two options for initiating a report or inquiry, a toll-free telephone number or via the website:
